pg_subscription_rel
The catalog pg_subscription_rel contains the state for each replicated relation in each subscription. This is a many-to-many mapping. This catalog only contains tables known to the subscription after running either CREATE SUBSCRIPTION or ALTER SUBSCRIPTION ... REFRESH PUBLICATION.

9.0 is the coverage baseline; a column already present in the baseline is not marked as added. The matrix aligns columns by name, so a rename appears as the old column removed and a new column added.
